Refund Policy

Drop 1 is a pre-order. All orders are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated fulfillment is 6–8 weeks from order placement. We'll email you when your order ships.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships. To cancel, email us at hello@2candleco.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, email hello@2candleco.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.

Production Threshold

Each candle in Drop 1 has a minimum production threshold. In the unlikely event a scent does not reach its threshold, pre-orders for that scent will be fully refunded. We will notify affected customers by email.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.
